Gleam Digital is a media startup helping to democratize online branding by bringing cutting edge design, content production and brand management to small to medium sized businesses.

We are seeking a part-time Videographer to shoot compelling video content for our clients. You will work hand in hand with the Creative Team and help to bring our clients’ stories to life! We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills who is passionate about capturing content and storytelling.  Your job will be to attend a wide variety of scheduled shoots and capture content based on client requirements, which will be collaborated on in pre-production strategy meetings. You will not be responsible for post-production.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Production Team and Brand Managers to create content ideas during the pre-production process. 

• Able to follow company processes during shoots while interacting and communicating with the client, helping to set expectations throughout the shoot process.

• Able to manage multiple variables during shoot and problem-solve effectively with minimal oversight. 

• Capture and deliver professional quality video content in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 2+ years professional experience shooting high quality content.

• At least 2 professional/ prosumer cameras, mics, lights and stabilizer.

• Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.

• High school diploma.

Job Details: Part Time, Contract

Pay: Competitive - 75th percentile of market rate (based on experience)
